In case of a dissatisfaction with any product, PetsOffice will allow returned products within 5 working days within the return request date. In the return period, the usage of a product is forbidden, and the packaging must be in their original form.
If there appears to be any absence in a product or the packaging is not provided with its original state, the products won’t be approved as a returned product.
In return, shipping fees will be implemented.
